At Asankyan Studio, we take personal care to ensure your crystals and numerology reports reach you in the best possible condition. Below is our shipping and fulfillment policy.

1. Order Fulfillment

• Numerology Services (Digital): Personalized numerology reports and digital consultations are delivered to the email address provided at the time of booking. Fulfillment times depend on the depth of the analysis required and will be communicated to you upon order confirmation.

• Crystals & Physical Products: Orders for physical items are typically processed and dispatched within a few business days. As each crystal is unique and may require cleansing or energizing before it is sent, we appreciate your patience during this processing period.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Calculation: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the items.

• Estimates: Domestic deliveries generally arrive within a standard window of 5 to 7 business days post-dispatch. International shipping times vary significantly by region and local customs processing.

• Holidays: We do not ship on Sundays or public holidays.

3. Customs and Import Duties

For international orders, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees incurred at the border are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Packaging & Fragile Items

We use high-quality, protective packaging to ensure that delicate crystals are secured for transit. However, once the package is handed over to the courier partner, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.

5. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To protect both parties, we require a continuous unboxing video (starting from the original courier seal) for any claims regarding damaged or missing items. Without this video, we may be unable to process replacements or support claims with the courier.
